Who Should Register?

All conference delegates including presenters, poster exhibitors, and attendees are required to register for the conference. At least one author must register for every contribution.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to registration@bifd2026.eu

  • If the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the event, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted.

  • If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the event, a cancellation fee of €100 will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the event.
