Instructions for Presenter
General Information
All presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer and projector. Presenters are kindly requested to upload their presentation files before the start of their session, according to the instructions that will be provided at the registration desk.
The use of the conference computer is strongly recommended in order to ensure a smooth transition between speakers and avoid technical delays.
Presenters may also use their own laptop if they prefer. However, they are strongly encouraged to verify compatibility with the available projection system well before the start of their session. The conference organisers cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices and connectors, and any time required for troubleshooting will be counted within the allocated presentation slot. Therefore, presenters choosing to use their own laptop do so at their own responsibility.
Please arrive in your session room at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the session and introduce yourself to the session chair.
To ensure that the scientific programme runs smoothly, presenters are kindly asked to strictly respect the allocated presentation times.

Instructions for Session Chairs
Session chairs play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the conference.
We kindly ask chairs to:
Arrive in the assigned room at least 5 minutes before the start of the session.
Introduce the speakers briefly.
Keep presentations strictly on schedule.
Facilitate questions and discussion.
Encourage audience participation while ensuring that the programme remains on time.
Conclude the session at the scheduled time.
To maintain fairness to all speakers and avoid delays to subsequent sessions, chairs are kindly requested to enforce the time limits whenever necessary.
Questions and Discussion
Participants are encouraged to actively engage in discussions and ask questions following each presentation.
If additional discussion is needed, we encourage participants to continue the conversation during coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.
Technical Assistance
Conference staff and volunteers will be available throughout the conference to assist with technical issues.
For any questions regarding presentations or session logistics, please contact the registration desk.
