Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to reception@bifd2026.eu

  • If the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the event, a full refund of the registration fee will be granted.

  • If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the event, a cancellation fee of €100 will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 5 days before the event.
